What a marvellous gallery to visit. Jack is there in person with his wonderful four legged friend to welcome you when you arrive with the offer of a free coffee!
His work is amazing and he is able to show you how he takes his photographs, in all weather's. We could have stayed for hours listing to his adventures and seeing him welcome everyone to the gallery in such a friendly way. Well worth a visit, not to be missed if you arein the area.

Finally found the right space for Jack’s striking capture of An Teallach. It’s a reminder of how lucky we are to live in this beautiful part of Scotland.

Took the same photo 40yrs ago but without the temperature inversion and not to the same quality. Camped half way up and on the top by 8am in glorious mid-May sunshine
A picture for nostalgia in my old age

We visited the Applecross Gallery when on holiday and fell in love with Jack's photography. The image that jumped out for us was 'Sand Reflections' at Applecross Bay and we particularly loved the recycled larch frames and the story behind them.
Jack was very patient and spent time helping us choose the right frame and orientation, as well as sharing stories about climbing and photography with us over a good cup of coffee.
Due to its size we opted for delivery and are delighted how it looks in our living room. It is the perfect size for the space. I have included a few photos, one of which shows it reflected in the mirror opposite with 'Beinn Alligin Sunrise' above the mirror so which ever way we face we have a beautiful photo to admire. Thank you to Jack and the team for producing amazing artwork.

Superb contrast, rich colors, outstanding brilliance

I’ve found the perfect place for my beautiful canvas. It looks absolutely stunning and I’m sure it will be a talking point each time someone visits, which will start this evening actually!!!! There is no way you could miss it that’s for sure.
So glad I made that spur of the moment purchase. It was also great to meet the team at the studio and thank you Jack for your hospitality. It was a great experience in a super holiday to Scotland.
